This is a bulk bag of 18 servings (approximately 30g per serving) in a resealable mylar pouch of Taco Style Freeze Dried Soy Curls (Butler Soy Curls™)  

We simmer Butler Soy Curls™ soy bean product in savory seasonings that we love for tacos.  We simmer onions with chili powder, cumin, tomatoes and other herbs and spices.  The flavors here bring us back to the tacos grandma showed us how to make but this version uses only plant based Whole Foods. You're gonna love it!  

Rehydrating: add 1/3 Cup of cold/hot water to 1 serving and stir well. 

2 Servings (60g or ~2 oz): add 2/3 Cup of water

3 Servings (90g or ~3 oz): add 1 Cup of Water

4 servings: (120g or 4 oz): add 1 1/3 Cup of Water

Once rehydrated, the luscious protein pieces can be used in cold salads, tacos, enchiladas, sautéed with onions and peppers.  The freeze dried pieces are a delicious, high protein snack right out of the bag too.
